For a sweet treat, stop by Slickers for their famous artisanal ice cream, experience the laid-back atmosphere of 555 Brewery Co. for a delicious wood-fired pizza paired with a local beer, or enjoy an inventive cocktail at The Russ Co. If you love Spanish cuisine you’ll also appreciate Bocado, while Lily’s is perfect for a coffee break before settling down with a good book.

A visit to Prince Edward County is incomplete without enjoying the beaches of Sandbanks Provincial Park, recognized as some of the most beautiful in Ontario. Lakeshore Beach captivates with its golden sand and clear waters, Dunes Beach offers a sublime natural setting with its impressive dunes, and Outlet Beach is ideal for a long, romantic stroll along the waterfront.

3. Ottawa
Located approximately two hours from Montreal, Ottawa is an ideal destination for culture enthusiasts and city break lovers. The Canadian capital charms visitors with its elegant architecture, renowned museums, excellent restaurants and cafes, as well as its green spaces along the Ottawa River.

Start by exploring the city centre and its must-sees, including Major’s Hill Park, which offers one of the most beautiful views of Parliament, perfect for a romantic picnic. Just steps away, the ByWard Market district brings together charming cafés, gourmet food stalls, and creative boutiques. Continue with a cultural immersion at the Ottawa Art Gallery, the National Gallery of Canada, and the Canadian Museum of History, located just across the river, or in the elegant setting of Rideau Hall and its gardens.

To delve into the past, the former Kingston Penitentiary offers a fascinating visit, while trolley tours provide an iconic way to discover the main attractions. The vibrant neighborhoods are also worth exploring: Kensington Market for its eclectic shops, the Distillery District for its cobblestone streets and art galleries, and Graffiti Alley to admire the colorful murals and street art. When it comes to food, Toronto offers a myriad of excellent restaurants to suit every taste. On our most recent visit, we loved Constantine for its delicious Mediterranean cuisine and beautiful decor. For your morning coffee, Goldstruck Coffee and Coffee Lunar are perfect for fueling up before a day of exploring.
As for accommodations, if you want the ultimate experience, the Fairmont Royal York combines elegance and history, while the 1Hotel Toronto impresses with its modern comfort and soothing, minimalist atmosphere.
