Romantic dinner at Choux Gras
Next, we headed to Choux Gras Brasserie Culinaire, a restaurant that had been on our list for a long time and is definitely worth the detour! Located in the Fairmont Tremblant Hotel and overlooking the village, it’s hard to ask for anything better than its gourmet menu and elegant decor for a romantic dinner!

For starters, we chose two refreshing options: the flavourful scallop ceviche and the delicious signature salad. For our main courses, we couldn’t go wrong with the duo of ducks and the sous-vide veal cheek, accompanied by a great bottle of red wine carefully recommended by our server, Guillaume.
To finish on a high note, we opted for the frozen nougat with red berries and white chocolate pearls, as delicious as it was refreshing. Don’t miss the sugar tartlet with its crème brûlée and maple marshmallow, a comforting dessert and a must-try at Choux Gras!

Le Choux Gras is definitely a new favourite of ours! In addition to the exquisite menu from start to finish, we received exceptional service! With a menu that changes twice a year, each visit to Choux Gras promises a different experience, a great reason to return for your next romantic getaway to Tremblant!
DAY 2
Breakfast at Columbus Café
Kick off your second day in Tremblant with a fresh smoothie, a great coffee, and a warm croissant at Columbus Café before heading out to explore the mountain. It’s a café we love for a casual and relaxed break that sets the tone for the day ahead! Our usual order: a cortado for Max and a flat white for MJ!

Once at the summit, take some time to stroll along the forest trails and soak in the panoramic views from the 360° observation tower before heading back down. You can also stop for lunch at the Le Grand Manitou food counter and enjoy the surrounding views while having a bite to eat. After a morning at the summit, the gondola ride down is just as spectacular, so don’t forget your camera!

Date night at Altitude
To end your day on a high note, we recommend Altitude, a beautiful restaurant located in the Casino de Mont-Tremblant, overlooking the sunny side of the mountain.
Start your meal with their generous antipasto platter, including charcuterie, local cheeses, and smoked salmon, before indulging in one of their signature dishes: the creamy mushroom gnocchi, or the perfectly tender filet mignon. For a sweet finish, we recommend the chocolate and hazelnut royal cake and the exquisite Quebec strawberry and basil dessert, simply incredible!
Easily accessible via the free shuttle from the village, Altitude is also known for its unmissable Sunday brunch, another great reason to visit for a romantic meal while enjoying breathtaking mountain views.

DAY 3
Brunch at La Maison de la crêpe
For a delicious brunch in the sun, head to the charming terrace of La Maison de la crêpe. Located in the heart of the pedestrian village, the menu offers over twenty choices, including savory and sweet crêpes, full-meal crêpes, breakfast crêpes, and dessert crêpes.
Inspired by Breton traditions and filled with fresh ingredients, there truly is something for everyone! We particularly enjoyed the “house brunch” crêpe, featuring eggs, cheddar cheese, ham, and bacon, served with potatoes and pure maple syrup. Definitely a must-try during your stay in Tremblant!
